Our new website is here – you can finally book your favourite events!

Our new booking system has been working since yesterday (8 January). It will take a few more days for everything to work as planned, but now you can already see most of it and, of course, book it.

First of all, you have to register with the new website. For this you need your email address and a password, which should be long and contain a number and a special character. For example:

GayLoveSpirit25!

If you want to pay by credit card, please also enter and verify your mobile number.

After that, you will receive a confirmation email. Please also check your spam folder sometimes, as the emails sometimes end up there.

What is not working at the moment:

> Hotmail:

If you have a Hotmail account: We are currently having problems with Hotmail again because it is not accepting our mails. We are working on an improvement here, but it may take a few weeks. It is better to use a different email system. If you only have Hotmail, you can also try to register, but we will then have to activate you manually. We will check the registrations every day for the next few days and confirm the accounts that have not yet been registered.

Gmail:

There was also a temporary issue here that keeps coming back. If your registration doesn't work, check your spam filter. If there's nothing there either, just try again tomorrow.

All other email providers should work.

The old website with the historical data will be accessible via a hidden link from next week.

Payments:

As before, with bank transfers or via credit card (for this you should enter and verify your mobile phone number in your profile). This works perfectly.

Confirmation:

We no longer send booking confirmations with attachments. All information can be seen on the website in a pdf document when you are logged in. You can see your successful bookings in your account.

Prices:

Reduced: For students and people on a low income (we define this as a disposable monthly income of < €1,000)

Early bird: For bookings made during the early bird period. There are only a limited number of these!

Basic: the normal price

Supporter: For people with an annual disposable income > €50,000. If you choose this price, you will also have advantages if you need to rebook. We thank you very much if you choose this price, because it allows other people with a low income to access the event.
